About your Holland America Line Cruise
Thank you for booking with Springdale Travel! In order to prepare for your upcoming cruise, you will need to complete your Online Check-In and print your documents. You can follow the link below to check-in. Online Check-In must be completed no later than 3 days prior to sailing.
Completing Your Online Check-In
Follow the link below to complete your Online Check-In. To Check-In you must have an account. If you do not have an account, you will be given an option to create one once you have followed the “Online Check-In” link and clicked "login". To check-in you will need your reservation number, which can be found on your invoice in the "Confirmation No." field - it's the last 6 characters. Online Check-In can be completed up to 72 hours before departure.
Printing your Express Documents and Boarding Passes
Holland America no longer provides paper documents for any cruise except Grand Voyages.
Once you have completed your Online Check-In you will have the option to print out your "Express Documents and Signature Preferred Boarding Pass" Your Signature Preferred Boarding Pass is the first page of your Express documents. Please print out a set of Express documents for each passenger and bring it with you to the cruise terminal. Luggage tags can also be printed via this link and they will also be available at the pier.
If you have not completed your Online Check-in process at least 3 days prior to departure, you will be required to complete the immigration forms at the pier on the day of departure. Please arrive at the pier at least 3-hours prior to scheduled sailing time to ensure you have time to complete the process. Guests who have not completed the required check-in prior to departure time are subject to denied boarding.
